CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY We appreciate your business & your appointments are very important to us. We understand that last minute adjustments may be needed for your appointment. Respectfully we request 48 hours notice for any color or Brazilian Blow Out services. We request 24 hours notice for all haircut, updo styling & makeup appointments/services. Please understand that both your time & ours are very valuable to us. Without proper notice we are unable to fill that empty time slot with someone from our waiting list. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments & cancellations, 30% of your booked service will be charged to your credit card. You will also be required to leave a 25% deposit for any future appointments. REDO SERVICE Your happiness is our top priority. Please be advised that you must contact us within 5 days of your original service for any re-dos. We do not offer refunds for any color services.
